Nicole Richie was in a minor accident on Memorial Day in a parking garage. No one was hurt. But I have all the photos here!

Candids of Nicole Richie Out and About in L.A.

Okay, I’ll admit I’m still a little confused over whether or not Nicole checked into rehab. One thing is certain: if she did, she is doing so through outpatient treatment. There are too many photographs of her out and about in Los Angeles and Glenwood for her to be in a treatment facility.
