Break-up Won’t Affect Nicole & Paris’s Friendship

Paris Hilton decided to nip all the break-up rumors in the bud and called into Ryan Seacrest’s radio show to talk about it. She assured Ryan that she still very much loves Benji and has a lot of respect for him, but it was time to “take a break” and that “they’re better off as friends.”
Ryan wanted to know how this would affect Paris’s friendship with Nicole Richie. After all, Benji is Joel’s brother and navigating that social circle would get pretty tricky. However, Paris says that she and Benji made this decision as adults and it won’t affect their other relationships. She added that she and Nicole have been friends forever and nothing could change that.
“Nicole and I don’t get in each other’s relationships. We have a friendship that has been going on since we were two years old,” she said.
I’m glad that Nicole and Paris are going to work to make sure this break-up doesn’t come between them. However, it’ll be easier considering how clean and respectful Paris’s and Benji’s break-up was. It would be a lot harder if it was long and messy.
paris has always had far more class than she has been given credit for having. she is probably the most unfairly maligned celebrity in the history of hollywood.
after the tabloids began tearing into her, given long legs by ric salomon’s stunt, she’s been made into a national punching bag, but she’s still around, doing well and working hard. most people, especially the smuggest haters, would have cracked a long time ago if the same were done to them.
Benji isn’t famous enough for Paris
I just hope that they are still on good terms like the rumors say… Benji and Paris looked good together, and while I’ll admit I’m not that much of a Paris fan, I did like that Benji seemed happy, and they both still seem to be holding up okay. So… yeah.
