Lionel Richie is a Proud Grandpa!

Lionel Richie is very proud of daughter Nicole Richie and is excited to welcome Harlow Madden into his family.

“While it may take me a moment to adjust to being called grand dad, I am extremely happy and proud of Nicole and Joel,” Lionel said on Tuesday, in a statement to People.

“Harlow Winter Kate Madden, the newest and most beautiful addition to the Richie clan, is a lucky little girl. She was surrounded by a great deal of love at that hospital as she entered the world. Nicole and Joel are going to be wonderful parents.”

I’m sure Lionel will adjust quickly! Enjoy being a grandpa, Lionel!
