More Bad Press for Nicole
Word of Nicole’s rude behavior Down Under is getting around! MSNBC posted an article today about rude celebrity
behavior. It included Tobey Maguire, Kristin Cavallari, Tyra Banks and Kate Hudson and ranked them according to the rudeness the exhibited last week. The article states the following about Nicole:
Did Nicole Richie channel her inner Mariah during her appearance Sunday at the MTV Australia Video Music Awards? The Herald-Sun accuses the scrawny starlet of acting like a “diva” after she skipped the dress rehearsal — the only guest-star to do so — and spent the day holed up in her dressing room, refusing to budge even when beseeched by her Good Charlotte-fronting boyfriend Joel Madden.
Richie also appears to have left some miffed fans in her wake by declining to sign autographs as she made a quick getaway from the Sydney airport on Saturday and “sprinted” up the red carpet at the VMAs, says Fox News. “We’ve been waiting to see Nicole for two days straight,” wails a 17-year-old female fan in desperate need of a hobby. “We waited for 10 hours at the airport and now all day at the awards. We barely even got a glimpse, and I’m devastated.” Lionel’s little girl also failed to impress the crew on the Qantas flight she took from Los Angeles. “Nicole wasn’t very nice,” a staffer tattles to Fox. “She has no charm.”
