Nicole Richie & Joel Madden: Perfect Match!
The Daily Mantra spoke with an astrologer to find out if Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are destined to be a short-lived celebrity romance or if it indeed ‘the real deal’.
Their guru, Maria, had this to say:
“Even with all of Nicole’s history with drug and alcohol abuse, she appears to be the more grounded person in this relationship. She is great at learning from her past mistakes and takes a very spiritual approach to how she lives and views her life. Joel adds to this sense of spirituality, and Nicole finds a great sense of comfort in his passion for music and for life.”
“With Nicole’s Sun in Virgo and Moon in sensitive Cancer, she is going to make an excellent mother, always knowing just how to care for and nurture her child. Joel on the other hand is going to be the proud papa, always wanting to show off his bundle of joy. Nicole and Joel have a lot to offer each other and appear to be very compatible, which bodes well for a long and healthy relationship between the two. I just hope he doesn’t feel too antsy and confused about taking on so much responsibility so quickly.”
Maria also commended the couple on their keeping mum on the engagement rumors, because “it is not a good time to declare or make a commitment in your personal life. They will be smart to wait until mid-September through early October to announce an official engagement,” thanks to Venus being in retrograde.

Sorry but I am quite into astrology myself and without specific birth times, the reading is not all that accurate. Essentially Pisces and Virgo COULD be compatible but that does not mean they actually are bewteen every pair. As well the vocabulary from the reader was still in potential status not definite.
As well, I dont agree that Richie “learns from her past mistakes” (she was charged with a second DUI and still had issues with drugs and idenitiy which she has a hard time admitting). Plus in the interview with Sawyer, it was Madden who said he was conservative - the reader said the opposite.
I think the reading was very general but not specific to Richie and Madden - so not reliable.
