Nicole Worried About Jail Time!

LustHunt is reporting that, since Paris Hilton got jail time after her hearing, the same fate might happen to Nicole!
They write
Nicole Richie is also panicking about her driving consequences. Her next hearing reportedly is scheduled for next Friday; one week after Paris got sentenced to jail time. She is a nervous wreck now and fears ending up in jail. Nicole can expect jail sentence between 90 days and 1 year.
Now, since I haven’t found any other source reporting this, I’m uncertain as to the credibility. However, it’s a perfectly reasonable claim! I’d be freaked too!
Well, if worse comes to worse, at least they have a premise for the sixth season of The Simple Life: The Simple Life Goes to Jail!
