Seven Things About ME!

The bloggers here at b5media love to play games that help us to get to know each other and for you guys to get to know us (Plus I think I am far more fascinating than Nicole Richie!). I have to “tag” seven other b5media celebrity and entertainment bloggers for this. I’ve chosen: Jeanne, Leora, Sarah, Sherry, Jason, Lynn and Arieanna.

The Rules: Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to write their own blog with their 7 things as well as these rules. You need to tag 7 others and list their names on your blog. Remember to leave a comment for them letting them know they have been tagged and to read your blog.

Here it goes:

1) I am freakishly tall. To the point that when I went in for surgery last month, my doctor felt the need to point it out to me. “Why thank you, doctor,” I thought. “I’m so glad you decided to impress me with your astute observation skills. I feel safe in your hands now. Never before have I noticed that I am taller than the average female.”

2) I played varsity basketball for the University of King’s College. (Which makes sense given the first fact, doesn’t it?)

3) My cats are named Mary-Kate and Ashley. This is a true fact. I did not make this up to get hired to write that other b5media blog I have.

4) I have two younger sisters, Jill is 21 and Anne is 20. I’m 22. Yes, my parents got very busy during a very short period of time!

5) I am finishing up my MA in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory. Recent paper topics: Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (no, I am not kidding. This game is making me look really lame, isn’t it?!), comic books, and The Lorax.

6) I am addicted to coffee and chocolate.

7) I am completely incapable of calling my boyfriend of two years by anything other than his given name. There’s none of that sweetie, honey baby crap. This sometimes makes me think I am incapable of love. But then I remember that I love Mary-Kate and Ashley (the cats, not the twins!), and all is well again!
