Joel & Benji Madden headed to Denny’s to cook up their “Band of Burritos” for the Denny’s Rockstar Menu. This new dish will be available in Denny’s starting on June 23rd.

Joel tweeted the video, saying:

Earlier this week, Joel was touched by all the fans who wished him a Happy Fathers Day. Cute!

Joel Madden headed to Las Vegas on June 19th to take over as DJ at Prive in Planet Hollywood.

Nicole tweeted today a funny mention about Joel:

“WOW I just found out that @joelmadden has NEVER seen Beaches. What is he an alien? Let’s all make fun of him. I do it all the time its fine”

Joel Madden and his brother Benji attended the 3rd annual Stars and Strikes Celebrity Bowling and Poker Tournament in Studio City, Los Angeles on March 5th.

The event was for raising funds and awareness for A Place Called Home (APCH), a locally based non-profit youth center that provides opportunities for education, counseling, free meals, and arts education to thousands of at-risk children living in South Los Angeles.

Dozens of celebrities came out to the event, including Wilmer Valderrama, Crews & Tequan Richmond of the CW’s Everybody Hates Chris, Keke Palmer of True Jackson; all the Laker Girls and more. The event consisted of a professional level No-Limit Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament hosted by the “Dealer Dolls” and World Series of Poker Championship dealer Jolyn Haviland. Tere was also dancing, bowling, a raffle and a silent auction.

It looks the event was a lot of fun and raised quite a bit of money for an important cause.

Joel Madden made a quick pit stop to get coffee for him and Nicole Richie in the afternoon of December 16. Nicole waited in the car with Harlow. After this, the family headed to the Chateau Marmont for lunch.

I love that he picked up an empty cup for Harlow! She’s always carrying one when they’ve made a coffee run with her in tow! I guess she likes to be like mom and dad!

Joel Madden recently visited Africa as part of his UN Ambassadorship. Joel and his brother Benji are traveling through the Central African Republic to visit with children suffering from water-borne diseases and poverty.

“To come here and see these children dying just because they don’t have clean water to drink, I can’t accept that,” Joel said in UN’s official release about the trip.

Joel has made it his mission to work with the UN to eliminate poverty and preventable diseases for children all over the world. The official press release is here.

Joel Madden played himself on Wednesday’s episode of Dirty Sexy Money. Joel meets Peter Krause’s character at an art gallery opening and gives him information that could be beneficial to the case he’s currently working on.

The cameo is hilarious because it’s so random.

I was expecting it to be longer, but it’s still fun. I wonder if Joel is going to explore more acting projects.

Joel Madden was responsible for spinning tunes for the Lana Fuchs Spring 2008 Show at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in Los Angeles yesterday. The show, which was held at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, was a great success!

Joel Madden and his brother Benji attended the Diesel Rock and Roll Circus 30th anniversary party at the Brooklyn Waterfront in New York City on Saturday night. The party was a global 24-hour bash with 18 cities worldwide participating. Over 5000 people attended the Brooklyn party and watched performers like T.I., Pharrell, M.I.A., Hot Chip and Chaka Khan.

It sounds like it was a lot of fun!

Nicole Richie, who is on the cover of this week’s issue of People, tells the magazine that she’s made a 180-degree turn in her domestic life for her daughter Harlow. Two years ago, Nicole wouldn’t have been caught dead in a kitchen, but now, she makes all of Harlow’s food from scratch!

“Food tastes better coming from your Mom because it’s made with love,” Nicole explains. She now purees vegetables and mashes fruit for baby food. And Harlow loves it!

“Her first food was sweet potatoes and she loved it,” Nicole adds. “She ate the whole thing and it was all over the place – in her hair, on her nose, everywhere!”

A bonus for Nicole and Joel from this s that they know exactly what is going into Harlow’s growing body everyday–so they know she’s healthy and strong.

I think it’s fantastic that Nicole is doing this. I do know how time consuming it must be, so if you can’t do it yourself, no worries! There are lots of organic and natural baby food options out there!

Nicole and Jorl enjoyed themselves at a Farmer’s Market near their home. They looked really happy together, stopping to hug or hold hands. I like Nicole’s combination of the brown sweater and green scarf.
