Star Magazine is reporting that Nicole Richie and Mischa Barton are feuding-over headbands.

You see, both girls planned on incorporating headbands into their jewelry and fashion lines, but Nicole beat Mischa to the punch when she launched House of Harlow 1960. Because their headband designs were so similar, Mischa’s line was put on hold.

“Mischa is furious,” a source tells Star Magazine. “She feels like Nicole completely copied her idea.”

I think this is ridiculous. I also think that while Mischa and Nicole have great fashion sense, it’s a very similar taste and neither girl is a trained designer. What do you think?

Okay, this was first reported by Star Magazine, so I don’t believe it for a second. However, it is their cover story this week, so I thought I’d report it and see what everyone had to say.

According to Star, Nicole Richie flipped out when she heard that Joel Madden was hanging out with Mischa Barton. They had a huge fight before Nicole took off for Fashion Week.

The magazine claims teir relationship isn’t over, but Nicole needs things to change. Now that they are parents, doing a lot for charity and are hunting for a home to raise their family, she wants Joel to cool it with the partying.

“This was her way of sending Joel a message,” Star’s source claims. “Nicole loves him, but things need to change.”

After cooling off a bit, Joel followed her to NYC ,where they had another fight and this time Joel took off, returning to LA.

Star claims there’s much, much more to the story, but in order o find out, you have to buy the magazine. Could that be any more transparent?

While Nicole Richie and Harlow are taking in the sights at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, papa Joel Madden is spending his nights on the town in Los Angeles.

Last night, Joel dined at celebrity hot-spot Nobu with a few friends. Joel and his crew ignore the paparazzi on the way in, but are pretty aggressive with their horn as they leave the restaurant.

Do you think the paps mean it when they say stuff like “good evening Mr. Madden?”

A few hours later, Joel was seen at the Chateau Marmont with Nicole’s close friend Mischa Barton. Mischa is fabulous for the camera, giving them a little smile and wave before heading to her car. Joel ignores the cameras and slips into the car afterwards, before hiding his face as they take off.

I think it’s interesting how every celeb reacts to the paparazzi differently.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s baby is going to be one stylish kid! Mischa Barton spoke to People about her baby present for the couple.

“I got her a bunch of rocker tees for the baby, with different types of logos of rock bands on them,” Mischasaid. “And she loved them!”

The rocker tees include bands such as AC/DC and the Rolling Stones. “They were so unique. I just loved them!”

Mischa also said that Nicole and Joel don’t know the baby’s sex and won’t until its born.

Last night, Nicole Richie had dinner with her close friend Mischa Barton in NYC.

Nicole looks really cute, but I like some of her other maternity outfits better!

Nicole Richie was interviewed by Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. She talked candidly about her Memorial Day plans — the bbq with Mischa, her fender-bender, her fear about going to jail for her DUI charge, and how Lindsay Lohan was at her party.

As for the rehab rumours, Richie said she hopes she never has to check in to another clinic.

“The truth was I was on tour with [Joel Madden],” she said. “I think the story started out because I hadn’t been photographed for a few weeks.”

“I don’t have any plans to go back, hopefully I won’t ever have to go back.”

Although Richie said Lindsay stopped by her Memorial Day barbecue two days after crashing her Mercedes in Beverly Hills, she claimed not to have actually seen the troubled actress.

Only a day after they went to Starbucks, Nicole Richie and her new bff Mischa Barton went shopping at the Coffee Bean on May 27th. They were shopping for a Memorial Day BBQ part at a friends — the very party sources say Mischa was rushed to the hospital from.

I have no idea how Nicole went from fashion fantastic to this fashion faux pas so quickly! This dress actually makes the rail-thin girl look like she has a stomach pooch and you should never go barefoot in a parking lot. Never!

I do hope Mischa is okay!
